Refund Policy
Please review the following refund guidelines carefully before purchasing a course.
Cosmetology-CE.com is owned and operated by:
L&K Rader Enterprises, LLC
A Texas Limited Liability Company
A student may request a refund if both of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date, and
- The student has completed no more than 10% of the course content and has not generated a course completion certificate.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing through our Contact page or by emailing our support team.
If a student experiences a verified technical issue that prevents access to the course:
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or course credit may be issued at the discretion of L&K Rader Enterprises, LLC.
Students must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving access issues.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please allow a reasonable processing timeframe for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
